Japanese Walk – Privacy Annex

This Privacy Annex supplements the Revorg Group AB – Master Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the Japanese Walks mobile application (the “App”). Unless stated otherwise below, the terms of the Master Privacy Policy continue to apply.

  • Workout Route (GPS/Location Data)

This information is processed exclusively on-device and is not transmitted to Revorg servers

The Japanese Walk mobile application is intended solely for general wellness and entertainment purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Assumption of Risk: You are solely responsible for your own health and safety while using the App. Revorg Group AB accepts no liability for any injury, harm, or damage you may suffer as a result of using the App.

  • Medical Conditions: If you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns, you must consult with a qualified physician before engaging in physical activity or relying on any functionality of the App.

  • Emergency Situations: In case of discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any medical issue arising while using the App, you must immediately stop use and seek medical attention.

  • No Medical Device: The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
