Research-grade Unity lab: ReadyPlayer.me avatars, 11Labs voice cloning & Firebase configs in one month

Purdue’s Virtual Lab runs Unity-based behavioural experiments on how avatars affect participants. They needed ReadyPlayer.me integration with uniform experiment apparel, 11Labs text-to-speech with voice cloning from short recordings, dynamic positive/negative feedback, and remote experiment configuration — delivered in about one month for 5,000+ planned participants.

Puzzle Queen: native iOS jigsaw recreated in Unity — iOS, Android & Web with three payment stacks

ApmFork had a successful Objective-C iOS jigsaw game locked to one platform. We rebuilt it in Unity with responsive portrait/landscape UI, preserved their existing puzzle server API, integrated Apple IAP, Google Play Billing and XSolla for web, and shipped a unified build pipeline — ~5 months from deep discovery to multi-platform delivery.

Science-based breathing sleep app — Unity MVP to App Store in 2 months, then Android & subscriptions

Sleep With Me combines researched breathing patterns with client-supplied art and audio. We chose Unity for fluid animations, shipped an iOS MVP with Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics in two months, then added push notifications, more modes and sounds, in-app subscriptions, and an Android build from the same codebase — approximately 400k downloads and a 4.2★ rating from 2,000+ reviews, highlighted as #1 Sleep App in category.

Our methodology

How we deliver: a five-stage process.

Same arc for every project, from discovery to ongoing support. Senior architects throughout, with a written delivery cadence.

  1. 01 / 05

    Discovery & Strategy

Audience, platforms, constraints — and the outcomes you need after launch.

  2. 03 / 05

    Development

Senior engineers build it — with short iterations, visible builds and honest trade-offs.

  3. 05 / 05

    Launch & Support

Phased rollouts, then post-launch development that keeps moving the metric.

About Revorg Group

Stockholm-based, remote-first, senior-led.

Revorg Group is based in Stockholm, Sweden and operates remote-first, with engineers working across multiple countries and time zones. Every project is led by a CTO with 15+ years in the industry, and our engineers use AI tools heavily across the development lifecycle — paired with senior review at every step, so we ship fast without trading away code quality.

Stockholm HQ, remote-first team

Revorg Group AB is registered in Sweden, with a distributed team working across multiple countries and time zones. We work async by default and overlap with your team for live demos, decisions and reviews.

CTO-led, 15+ years in the industry

Every engagement gets senior architectural review and a CTO who has actually shipped products. You're never relying on the judgement of someone learning on your project.

AI-accelerated, senior-reviewed

Our engineers use AI tools across the development lifecycle to deliver faster. Every AI-assisted output passes a senior review before it reaches your codebase — speed without trading away quality.

Voices

Trusted by founders and operators who don't have time for hand-waving

Real teams shipping real software, with measurable outcomes documented in each case study.

With the new game-based interface, pupils stay engaged through the whole survey and tell us more about how they really feel. Teachers see stronger trust in the classroom and better conversations about well-being, without changing any of their existing workflows.

FAQ

Answers to the questions people ask before they hire us

The brief version. Anything missing? Drop it in the project brief below and we'll cover it on the discovery call.

  • What does Revorg Group do?
Revorg Group is a senior software studio that builds production software for startups and small businesses. We specialise in five product lines — custom web and mobile software, Unity and Unreal game development, AR/VR experiences, education applications, and self-care and fitness apps — and we also offer hourly CTO-on-Demand consulting for teams that need senior technical judgement before they hire or build.
  • What is “CTO on Demand”?
CTO on Demand is hourly consulting with a senior CTO who has shipped real products. We help you choose the right stack, size and structure your team, design your SDLC and review architecture decisions before you commit budget — typically used by founders pre-build, by operators sanity-checking a proposal, or by boards who want an independent read on a roadmap.
  • Where is the team based?
Revorg Group AB is based in Stockholm, Sweden and operates remote-first. We work across European and US time zones; engagements include scheduled overlap with your team plus written async updates so progress is visible regardless of where you sit.
  • How long does an MVP take?
A working MVP typically reaches stores or production between two and five months, depending on platform count and scope. Recent examples from our case studies: a Unity iOS sleep app shipped to the App Store in two months, a research-grade Unity lab for Purdue in about one month, and a cross-platform jigsaw game with three payment systems in around five months.
  • How do you price projects?
We work in three engagement models: fixed-price for well-defined deliveries (you know what you want built), monthly retainers for ongoing teams (we plug into your roadmap), and hourly for CTO-on-Demand consulting. Project size on the contact form ranges from under $25k to $200k+; we'll give you a written read on scope, timeline and which model fits after the discovery call.
  • Which game engines and tech stacks do you use?
For games and XR we ship in Unity (our default for cross-platform mobile, WebGL and PCVR) and Unreal Engine when project requirements call for it. For web and mobile apps we are stack-agnostic — we choose tools for each project based on team familiarity, hiring market and long-term maintenance, not a default preference. Either way, every project ships with CI/CD and automated testing from day one.
  • Do you use AI in your development process?
Yes — we use AI tools across the development lifecycle wherever they speed delivery without compromising quality: code review assistants, scaffolding for boilerplate, test generation, automated documentation, design exploration, and research synthesis. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed and signed off by a senior engineer before it reaches your codebase, and we never feed client-confidential code or data into third-party models without explicit permission.
  • Will you sign an NDA before we share project details?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before the discovery call whenever you prefer that route — and regardless of whether a document is in place, we treat every conversation, brief and artefact you share with us as confidential. Public case studies are only published with the client's explicit approval, and every project ships with a documented hand-off so you retain full ownership of the code, assets and accounts.
  • What does a typical engagement look like from first email to launch?
After you send a brief we reply personally — usually within one business day — and book a free 30-minute discovery call. From there we move through our five-stage process (discovery and strategy, design and prototyping, development, QA, launch and support) with a weekly demo, weekly written status update, and a decision log open to your team throughout. You're never more than seven days from clarity on where the project stands.
  • Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes — many of our engagements start with a founder who has a strong product instinct but no in-house engineering. We deliberately translate technical decisions into plain language and present them with trade-offs, so you're never asked to nod through choices you can't evaluate.
